C.S. Venkatesh, Founder and CEO of MetaCog Solutions Pvt. Ltd, has had over 26 years of experience in technology, supply chain management and enterprise applications.
Prior to forming MetaCog Solutions, Mr Venkatesh had set-up and managed Sirius Connect Pvt Ltd, a rural BPO providing financial back-office support services. He also managed Fugo Creative Pvt. Ltd, a marketing services company.
Mr Venkatesh has worked in different capacities in consulting and pre-sales support with i2 Technologies, Baan Asia-Pacific, Singapore Technologies Group, ITC, Cummins India (formerly KCL) and NIIT. Some of the customers that he has worked with include Philips (Singapore), Black & Decker, Maruti Suzuki, Indian Oil Corporation, Singapore Airlines and Vickers Asia-Pacific.
Mr Venkatesh holds a basic degree in engineering from NITK Surathkal, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Ranganathan V Jois, is a skill development specialist with 30 + years of rich & diversified experience in Consulting and CIO roles in the broad spectrum of IT Strategy, ERP, Training and Education.
He has wide ranging experience in Automotive, Hitech (Electronics), and IT Services industry sectors. He has covered end to end business process automation spectrum with emphasis on Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Enterprise Integration.
He has held senior positions in PWC, Baan, Hical & Sasken.
After engineering business transformation in large corporates, Jois has Co-Founded MetaCog Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore based e-Learning content management & delivery Company, focussed on professional skill development for both Industry & Academia.
He is also teaching Operations Management, Business Soft Skills & Enterprise Business Process Automation concepts to MBA students in Management Schools.
He is a passionate practitioner & trainer of Yang Style Tai Chi – the Chinese moving meditation exercise form for strength, stamina, balance & relaxation of body & mind. His students include the high profile Indian Cricket Team.
C.N. Madhusudan (Madhu)
Founder and CEO of VectorSpan Inc., an enterprise focused on enabling companies to plan their growth/exit strategy, engineer inorganic growth and make integration and cross border transactions successful. He has received the 2007 “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award”, for innovation, leadership and vision in business. As a philatelist he has won several awards in international exhibitions and was recognized by the Government of India for his services to Indian Philately.

ASDC is a skill development council for the Automotive Sector jointly promoted by Department of Heavy Industry (Ministry of Heavy Industries), Government of India, National Skill Development Corporation(NSDC) and Indian Automotive Industry represented by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations of India (FADA).
